What to expect from OrientDig’s shopping service
Understand the purchasing help, warehouse stage and delivery costs before choosing the service for your order.
What is OrientDig?
OrientDig handles the seller purchase, domestic receipt, warehouse inspection and parcel preparation. Its product search can accept marketplace links; DIY Order is another way to supply purchase details when a link does not import.
This is useful when you need someone to communicate with the seller or combine eligible purchases for delivery abroad. It still leaves decisions with you: which variant to buy, whether to accept the warehouse item and which shipping option meets your needs.
Ask about a specific requirement before buying. “Can you photograph the insole length with a ruler?” is easier to answer than “Is the QC good?”
OrientDig fees: buying, warehouse and parcel costs
| When | Include in your budget |
|---|---|
| Buying the goods | Selected item price, Chinese domestic delivery, and any purchase or payment charges shown at checkout. |
| While in storage | Optional photographs, measurements, return postage, packing services or storage charges where applicable. |
| Sending the parcel | International delivery, any selected cover or handling, and applicable destination charges. Review the route’s own terms. |
The international charge depends on the parcel you actually submit. The product price is not a delivered price, and an item’s listed weight may leave out its retail box and shipping protection.
Read the current quotation before each payment. If shipping is collected as a deposit, compare it with the final parcel charge and follow any adjustment in your account.
Currency conversion and your effective payment cost
If you pay in one currency and receive a CNY balance, divide your total payment by the CNY credited. For example, a hypothetical payment of 75 units that credits 500 CNY costs 0.15 units per CNY. Include payment-provider charges when making the comparison.
This is a calculation method, not a live exchange rate. Check the amount shown by your payment provider and the agent immediately before confirming. Also read how refunds and unused balance withdrawals are handled.
How to choose a trustworthy shopping agent
Confirm that your items can be purchased and sent to your destination. Check the available routes, storage deadline, return procedure, support channel and the terms for loss or damage. Start with a manageable purchase if you have not used the service before.
Look for an identifiable business, usable support inside the account and clear terms. Be cautious about a request to send an order payment to an unrelated private recipient.
For comparison, Superbuy also offers purchasing and warehouse services. Compare the same item list, destination, payment method and packing needs. A lower headline service fee can be outweighed by currency conversion or parcel costs.
Why choose OrientDig?
OrientDig connects product-link and image search with ordering, warehouse review and parcel submission. This can be useful when you have found items from several sellers and want to inspect their arrivals before arranging one shipment.
For a mixed clothing order, check each size and any requested measurements before combining the items. Confirm purchase eligibility, inspection charges, storage terms and the route for your destination. Compare another agent or direct seller delivery if the service or total cost does not fit.
Other shopping agents: compare services for your list
Superbuy and CSSBuy are alternative shopping and forwarding services. Give each the same list, destination and inspection request, then compare the complete payment and parcel costs.
Check supported goods, route eligibility, photo or measurement services, storage, return handling and claims. Choose the service that can explain how your actual order will be handled; a headline freight rate is not a complete quotation.
