OrientDig order help at the stage you are in

Choose the problem that matches the order or parcel record, and send support enough detail to act.

The purchase needs attention

A product will not load

Check the original listing and exact item URL. Try the import steps; if it still fails, provide the link, variant and quantity to the agent for a DIY Order check.

The order is waiting for confirmation

Open its message before paying or cancelling. Clarify the option or approve a revised total only after understanding what changed.

The seller has not sent the goods

Ask for the seller’s estimate and cancellation options. An agent order being purchased is different from the seller handing it to a carrier.

The warehouse item is unclear or wrong

Delivered, but no photos yet

Compare domestic tracking with warehouse check-in. If the stated processing period has passed, send the order and tracking numbers through the account.

A detail is not visible

Request one useful view: the inside label, a close-up of the fastening or a ruler across a particular measurement. Confirm any charge.

The seller sent the wrong option

Quote the option ordered and attach the relevant photo. Ask for the return or exchange terms and keep that item out of a parcel.

The parcel is delayed or arrives with a problem

Only a label appears

Check for the first carrier acceptance scan. If the expected update period has passed, ask when the parcel was handed to the carrier.

Tracking has stopped

Note the last scan and date. Look for a local tracking number or a document request, then ask support about the enquiry process for the route.

Items are damaged or missing

Retain the parcel label, packaging and contents. Photograph the problem and report it promptly from the parcel record, following the current after-sales deadline.

Where to get OrientDig help

Order [number]: I ordered the navy jacket in size M. The warehouse label photo shows size L. Please confirm the size received and ask the seller about an exchange. Keep it out of my parcel while this is checked.

Use the order or parcel thread in your agent account. Include the reference and requested action, without sharing passwords or full payment-card details.

Shopping terms: QC, GL and RL

QC
Warehouse inspection and photos. Ask what the inspection includes.
GL / RL
“Green light” or “red light”: community shorthand for accepting or questioning a visible detail. Ask for the reason behind the verdict.
Consolidation
Combining selected warehouse items into one parcel.
Volumetric weight
A size-based billing measure used by some delivery routes for bulky parcels.

OrientDig Spreadsheet FAQ

Does paying for the goods pay for delivery to me?

The initial purchase covers the items and Chinese domestic delivery. International shipping is arranged and charged when you submit the warehouse items as a parcel.

Is a QC photograph proof that a product is authentic?

No. It can show the received item and visible details, but does not prove authenticity, composition or durability.

Can I buy from more than one seller?

You can order from separate sellers and select eligible stored items for a parcel. Watch each item’s storage deadline and check whether all the contents can use the same route.

Can a cleaned link fix an unavailable product?

No. The organiser only changes the text of a URL. Ask about a restock, choose another item or cancel an unavailable purchase.

Which shipping route is best?

Compare the options actually offered for your destination and contents, including chargeable weight, restrictions, tracking and cover terms. A route suitable for one parcel may not fit another.
